With a love of beautiful imagery, a business photographing architecture and real estate is a natural fit for me.
In addition to my photography skills, I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design. In other words, my photography is enhanced to show architecture and landscape at its best. As expressed, I take great pride in my work as it is a true labor of love.

Virtual staged homes feel warm and inviting. They help buyers envision their furniture in the space and drive imagination that could lead to a purchase. Drive buyers to your listing with virtual staging. It is a great option to staging and far less expensive. Many agents are talking about Virtual Staging and you’ve seen the results. Do you want virtual staging for your listing? Here’s how it works with Lauren Hollingshead Photography:

• Email Lauren at lauren@laurenhollingsheadphotography.com your high resolution digitals.

• Let me know your requests: what is your preferred style (classic, industrial, modern, or warm)? What do you envision in the rooms? If you want specifics let me know. Examples include “beach themed, color throughout room, add rug, add curtains”. Please make sure rooms are titled, living room, guest room, playroom, etc.

• It takes approximately 48 hours to receive the virtual staged digital negatives, revisions may take an additional 24 hours. As with any artist related project it is important to plan ahead as everyone has a different eye.

• Call or text me at 508-505-7605 to make sure I have received your inquiry. I will confirm with you once I have started your assignment.

• Each Virtual Staged photo is $45. Payment is due within 3 days of completed project.
